Alcohol drinking brings fun, enjoyment and sometimes relaxation. Especially when you are joined with a group of foreign people, there is a chance to hear different words of saying cheer. While some say it in English, others might translate the cheers in Italian. Regardless, the takeaway is to enjoy and make the most out of the drinking session without the embarrassing hangover.

One tip to bear in your mind is to drink only when you have a fill of great food. Getting intoxicated would be more possible with an empty stomach. Then there is the chance to feel dizzier and nauseous too. However, you must also remember that a chip, peanut and similar tiny snacks are not as good as other real food. Avoid mixing some drinks. This is a highly known tip that even beginners know. After all, not every type is compatible with one another. Deliberately mixing liquor can cause a speedy intoxication, especially to the girls. So, besides not doing this, it is also wise that you consume light snack in between. This would keep the session longer than usual.

Make the session last much longer by playing with the right techniques. Nobody wants to give up at the earliest time. You might be compelled to drink more after the others have finished their turn, but try to avoid the temptation. This is especially important if you are not a good drinker. Instead, try to sip a little, talk more, eat some foods and repeat. That way, its possible to last longer.

But when you are dizzy, its wise to take some breaks. Walk out of the place and get fresher air. Alternatively, sprinkle cold fresh water on face. Staying on a place that is both quiet and calm is a great alternative as well. Whatever decision you settle in, it is important to ask a permission from your friends. Otherwise, they would have trouble searching for you.

Choose the right food. Apparently, most oily foods absorb less alcohol. It is a well known fact that a lot of people know. The important thing here is that you figure out what diet is better, especially when thinking to drink hard to avoid problems. Order them in advance and consume bit by bit until you gain control on your pace and avoid getting drunk easily.

Throw up if you feel it. If your limit is at its near, then you show throw up to prevent causing a huge mess in a room. Go outside or excuse yourself in the toilet. After puking, odds are you would feel fresher and much better than being drunk.

Even though you completely sober up, adjust to your limitations. There is limitation you should be aware of. By staying alert, its possible to avoid a bad day ahead.
