By Jony Mozen

Each country has its good and not so good side and many think that the grass is greener somewhere else. In a few cases that may be true but the decision to move is always a hard one. Many people decide that moving to a warm place with clear water and friendly people is a good idea. That is why many people are moving to Tampa Florida.

With the international airport and the sea ports close by this place is easily accessible and one of the most popular places that many visit in Florida. The total area is one hundred and twelve square miles of land and about fifty eight square miles of water. The highest point about the sea is only fifteen metres and this City is in-between two bodies of water.

Ben T. Davis beach has beautiful views of the bay where many go to relax and enjoy the sun. There are shelters so as to keep the sun off those that would prefer as well as grills, picnic places and restrooms. There is also a Concession and to ensure the safety of all swimmers there are lifeguards on duty from Memorial Day through to Labor Day.

The architecture with most of the high rises and the renovated Tamp Museum of Art are post-modern while the city hall and the theatre are of the Art Deco. There are a few skyscrapers and about eighteen of the completed ones rise up to about seventy six metres. The tallest building in this city is the 100 North Tampa which has forty two floors and is one hundred and seventy six metres in height.

They also have Summer Camps during the warmer seasons with showers and facilities for fishing, swimming and volleyball. There is a camping site for RVs, as well as being able to camp primitive style. Its shoreline spreads over seven miles and many have travelled there to enjoy the outdoors since the middle nineteen sixties.

Hillsborough is one of the original parks and was created in 1938. The river is known to have a few small rapids. Also in the park is the Fort Foster which was built in the middle eighteen hundreds during the Second Seminole war.
